This was a very tight awkward space to fit in everything that my customer required. Not only did the room need a complete revamp but we also had to tank out the room as well. As the room is 3ft below ground level we completely stripped the room back to bare brickwork and started again. Ie ( Full re-plumb, electrics, plaster out, fully tile floor to ceiling) New bespoke window to conform with National Park requirements. Etc.
